Q: Does anyone know of a good used car dealership in chicago or surrounding areas?
My ideal car would be a Chevy Malibu 4dr sedan

A: There is a good dealership in Merrillville Indiana called Schepel. I don’t know if they have a Malibu, but they have a pretty good selection of cars. You can also look at the many Carmax locations. Good luck and happy car shopping.

http://www.schepel.com is their website

Q: hey can anyone tell me what car dealership in chicago Rocsi from BET did an infomercial for a while back?
ive tried practically every search engine and every possible way to word it and nothing comes up. they sell cars adn really good deals and i can’t remember the name of it! PLEASE help me out! THANK YOU!!!!!

A: I don’t have the name of the actual dealership, but they sell Nissans, and are in the Chicago area, but I don’t think right in Chicago. That should help you get it narrowed down. Perhaps a look at Nissan websites in the area will have a still from the infomercial, to help you recognise it.

Q: Which is better for a salesman in Chicago, a bigger or smaller car dealership?
I want someone in the buss. to answer this, I can work at the biggest toyota dealership on the southside that 100% comm. or work at a small VW store on the northside thats almost 2 years old, with a $200 salary per week.Or a dealership that handles people with not so good credit. I dont know where to trun can someone please help?
The dealership that is paying me salary thats $200 is plus comm, so what should I do?

A: When you go on the interviews, interview the dealer. Ask how many cars they do a month, how many salespeople on the floor, and average gross per car. At a toyota dealer, you are sure to sell a bunch of cars, working your butt off many hours a week and make flats on most. But, that’s a good start, from there you can work your way up to higher gross mfg’s like mercedes, bmw, audi.

It is certainly possible to make good money anywhere, depending on how good you are.

I worked for dodge for several years, and made a fortune until about two years ago, then got lucky and landed a bmw job, which provides a demo, less hours, and make good money. Like anything else, the harder you work, the more you make.

Q: are there any good used car dealerships in Chicago ?
Ok i searched my butt off today online looking for dealerships and reading reviews and my god they all have poor ratings i mean at least 30 dealerships i read and the customers where nice to point out that the 5 stars reviews were fake reviews because they where oddly similar but can any one prove me wrong please thanks in advance and please dont mention craigslist.com screw craiglist to much things that end up on the news any thanks and please help.

A: Well, if your trying to buy in Chicago that’s your 1st mistake. Get away from the city & go to the burbs. I bought in Peotone (Will county) on my last purchase. Since I am not paid to endorse a dealership, you can email me for any specific questions you may have. I have bought plenty of new cars in my day. I was able to get a $28K at a cheap price. I used the manufacturers incentives to the fullest extent and a little extra on my own. When all was said n’ done, I financed $22K.

Q: Need a car in Chicago with bad credit?
I have horrible credit, I had clinical depresion for about 2 year, I was in medications and now I am med free and have a good job, but I get paid cash. I need to buy a car, but I have bad credit due to non payment on several accounts. I am making arrangements to pay them off and hope to rebuild my credit and my life once again. I need to get a car for the winter. Any car dealerships in the chicagoland area that would give me a second change with my credit conditons. I can give about $1,000 downpayment. Please help me.

A: You’ll need to go to a “buy here, pay here” lot. There around.

The odds of you getting a car that will last past it’s payment schedule are pretty slim.

I suggest going to your local Ford dealer ( I know they’re mostly creeps) but look into the Red Carpet Lease. You can put your grand down and “rent” the car for a couple of years….. these payments show on your credit report.

Ford Motor Credit is very customer oriented and the seriously “buy the story” instead of just dismissing you because of bad credit.

I had an Illinois divorce, it was handled by one of Springfield’s most spineless attorneys and when I left the courthouse, I was in a terrible bind.

I used the FMC lease to help re establish my credit (out here in California) and it worked. I’m back on my feet, re-married to a woman that his actually nice to live with and have just built a new home (at California’s ridiculous, over-inflated prices). All because Ford listened to the story.

Life is great now and although I miss my family and friends in Spfld. Illinois will never again see my “sorry Irish posterior”.

Good luck.

Q: New car with bad credit in Chicago?
Im looking to buy a new car but my credit is very bad.
Does anyone know of a car dealership near CHICAGO,IL that would finance someone with very bad credit??

A: Car Credit Center on Western Ave
It’s not gonna be the car of your dreams
It will be at a high interest rate
But they do their own financing and if your credit is as bad as you say, conventional lenders will not give you a loan

If your credit score is above 500 and you have no previous auto reposession , you can try a ’second chance’ lender

ie capitol one & americredit

Q: Do i need to obtain a Mississppi license if I am an out of state student with a car registered in Chicago?
I am MS student from Chicago, IL. I need to find out if I need to obtain a MS license although I bought my car from a dealership in MS but had it registered in Chicago (my hometown)

A: If your legal address is Chicago you should be O.K. However, to be on the safe side, check with the local cops. Laws vary from state to state.

Q: I wanna buy a used car in Chicago. do u know any good dealership?
i’m thinking of Honda Civic.

A: Check out Cars.com and Autotrader.com.
If you see something you like you can also go to
Kelly Blue book .com to get an idea what it’s actually worth.

Q: ANy one know any good honest car dealerships in the chicago land area?

A: Honest? there’s no such thing.

Q: In Chicago: Where should I go to purchase a good used car?
Does anybody in the Chicago area know of a decent car dealership that sells good quality used cars? I need a car that will last me for years to come, and something that is reasonably priced…

A: carmax

Q: I’m I being paranoid about trusting car dealerships? Gateway Chevrolet in Chicago—to be excact!?
They claim to be the only dealership in the state where you get financed depending on your income and not your credit score. Does this sound too good to be true?

A: I HAVE SEEN THIS IN A LOT OF PLACES.

YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT.

YOU HAVE A JOB.

YOU WILL HAVE THE HIGHEST INTEREST RATE THAT IS ALLOWED BY LAW.

YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE A NOTE THAT WILL BE FOR ABOUT 144 MONTHS.

YOU WILL GET BURNED IN THE LONG RUN.

Q: Bad credit car loans in Chicago?
I have horrible credit, I had clinical depresion for about 2 year, I was in medications and now I am med free and have a good job, but I get paid cash. I need to buy a car, but I have bad credit due to non payment on several accounts. I am making arrangements to pay them off and hope to rebuild my credit and my life once again. A: You don’t need more stress in your life. Don’t get a car on a loan. Visit DaveRamsey.com to understand how the banks don’t want you to learn.
I bought a used car $2000 drove it saved money , year later sold it $1500 saved $2500 bought $4000 car. Year later sold it $3200 saved $3000 got $6000 car. I’m in a $16000 used not abused car without a i love debt slave loan. you can do it

Q: What if a car dealership doesn’t have the car I want?
Ok this is just an example but say I want a Lexus IS-F not many dealerships have a car like that. The closest to me is Chicago and I live in Green Bay. I don’t wanna have to drive to chicago when I’m older to get a car. Anyway to the point of all this. Would a dealership get the car you want for you if they don’t have any on their lot or is my only option to take a trip to Chicago?
Thanks for the answers. Looks like I’m gonna be taking a trip to Chicago after college.

A: Typically, a dealer can do a “dealer trade” with another dealership. For example, you want a black Lexus IS but your local Lexus dealer only has white IS’s. Your dealer can call another nearby dealer and ask to trade their white one for a black one to sell to you or swap for a different model entirely. They can also order one specifically from the manufacturer, but that can take a few weeks to a few months to arrive (depends on the plant).

For specialty vehicles such an IS-F, it’s even tougher. Since those are rarer vehicles, dealers will not trade them unless they can get a similar vehicle in return. The dealer will do everything it can to get you the car you want, they get nothing out of sending you to the next dealership.

Q: How much does car salesman really mades?
Hi i am a car salesman for Honda, i sell over 16 cars a month with pretty good gross. Including bonus i am making 4,000(before tax) is that a lot for a car salesman? this is my 3rd month in the car business. The hours in car dealership are ridiculous, for that many hours i think i deserve more than 4000, so could anyone tell me how much does car salesman makes in chicago?

A: I work in the chicago area and I can tell you at 16 cars your gross isnt that good. I sell about 20 and I make about 8k a month so either you need to learn how to say no to your customers and sell the product to build value or get a new job.
