Rental Information for Gettysburg and Adams County Pennsylvania

In most cases, we represent the landlord, so there is no fee due from a tenant. We do not charge a prospective tenant for applications, credit reports, or other miscellaneous fees.

Typical Rental Ranges for Gettysburg and Adams County Pennsylvania are:

RESIDENTIAL:

Two bedroom single family residence: $600./Month to $900./Month

Three bedroom single family residence: $650./Month to $1,200./Month

Four bedroom single family residence: $800./Month to $1,500./Month

One bedroom apartment: $375./Month to $600./Month

Two bedroom apartment: $550./Month to $750./Month

While it may appear that ranges vary dramatically, it is because some utilities are provided by the landlord, and some are not. In most cases, tenants pay electricity, telephone, and TV Cable. Many of our rentals include heat, water and sewer facilities.

It should also be noted that due to the Gettysburg College, Lutheran Seminary in Gettysburg, PA, and other major education institutions being in close proximity, together with the nearly two million tourists annually, the rental market is constantly changing and very fast paced. The demand has always exceeded the supply.
